This week, St Mary’s Catholic Primary School collected a huge amount of pre-loved clothes — and everyone, including the pupils, joined in to help load the van!
The energy, smiles, and teamwork were incredible to see. Every bag collected helps raise vital funds to support Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK, while also giving clothing a second life and helping our planet.

We are thrilled to announce that Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK and our Donate Clothes 4 Sammy project have officially joined the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the largest Chamber in the UK. This marks an exciting step forward in expanding our reach, building new relationships, and increasing awareness of our mission.
At Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK, our goal is to fund life-changing research into blood cancers while also supporting patients and their families. Through Donate Clothes 4 Sammy, we raise vital funds by collecting and recycling preloved clothing. With clothing banks placed at businesses, schools, and local communities, as well as free home collections, we are making it easier than ever for people to contribute to a great cause.
Becoming a part of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce gives us the opportunity to connect with businesses and like-minded organisations who share our passion for corporate social responsibility. We are eager to collaborate, share ideas, and explore partnerships that help us expand our impact.
We look forward to meeting fellow members, engaging in insightful discussions, and working together to create positive change.
