Book a FREE donation collection

An easy way for you to help support our work - instead of putting old clothes in the bin, or taking them into town to find a charity shop, we will collect them from your home, on a day convenient to you, and ensure they are put to good use!

It is preferable that you have at least 4 bags that need collecting. If you don't have enough, it may be worthwhile asking friends or family members if they have any unwanted clothes or toys that they would also like to donate.

On the collection day, please leave your bags outside so that they are clearly visible to our drivers. If this is not possible, leave us a note below detailing the exact location of your items.

100% of proceeds go to our charity, Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK (Registered charity number 1161622 (England & Wales)), supporting vital research. Items in good, resellable condition are sold in our online charity shops, helping to raise even more funds for this important cause.

We Accept...

  • Good quality, dry, clean clothing
  • Handbags & accessories
  • Bedding & Kitchen and bath towels
  • Toys in new & working condition
  • Paired, clean undamaged shoes
  • Costume Jewellery
  • Cosmetics (unused)

We Can't Accept...

  • Dirty, ripped or broken items of clothing and underwear
  • Duvets and pillows
  • Unpaired items of clothing, broken or damaged accessories and bags
  • Very used, damaged or broken toys with missing pieces
  • Broken and very worn unpaired shoes
  • Opened and used cosmetic products
  • School and Work Uniforms

We collect from the entire North West area (except Cumbria)

Collections take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
